Right to Information (RTI)
The Right to Information Act, 2005, enacted by the Parliament of India, empowers citizens to access information from public authorities and promotes transparency and accountability in institutional governance. All statutory bodies and committees functioning within Noble Women’s College operate in accordance with the provisions of Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act, 2005. The college is administered by the Islahi Educational Society and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and affiliated with the University of Calicut. As a self-financing higher education institution, the college ensures that all relevant institutional information is made accessible to the public in accordance with applicable government regulations and RTI guidelines. Indian citizens seeking information may submit applications to the Public Information Officer (PIO) or directly approach the office concerned.
