The 'Kaizen 2024' Commerce Association was formally inaugurated on March 13, 2024, at 10 AM at the college auditorium. The event commenced with a moment of silence, setting a tone of solemnity and purpose. Dr. S. Chitrakala, the Head of the Department of Commerce and Management Studies, welcomed the dignitaries and guests, marking the start of the proceedings.
The inauguration gained added significance with the presence of Dr. U. Saidalvi, the Principal of Noble Women's College, who emphasized the role of the Commerce Association in enhancing professional competencies among students. His address was followed by a thought-provoking inaugural address from Mr. Ameer Babu, an Assistant Professor in Commerce at Government College Malappuram, known for his expertise in JCI training and Butterfly Facilitation.
The highlight of the event was the motivational session titled 'Be an Architect,' delivered by Mr. Ameer Babu. The session emphasized personal accountability, strategic visioning, continuous self-improvement, resilience, prioritising and effective time management, providing attendees with invaluable insights for their academic and professional journeys.
